Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sigma Industries, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Return requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery.

After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Returns will not be accepted for:

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
